New Contracts Secured & Reclaim / Aggregates - Posted 03 June 2009

We are pleased to advise of some changes to the FOR SALE section of our website, the aim is to promote the sales of Reclaim materials along with Aggregates we have available both generated by our Demolition Department.

New Contract 1

Complete Demolition / site clearance of a former Nursing Home and groundworks along with adoptable roads and sewer construction. All materials generated by the demolition shall be recycled on site under our mobile crushing permit and reused in the measured works, creating 11 Traditional Houses and 8 Disabled Single Storey units. The development is in Hellesdon, Norwich and is for a valued existing Client.

New Contract 2

Complete demolition of disused garages and site clearance to a piece of land in Felixstowe, with associated groundworks package for 4 new dwellings again all materials will be recycled on site and used within measured works, this contract is also for a valued existing Client.

New Contract 3

Matthew Homes Limited have released Phase 4 of their impressive development 'Whispering Oaks' located in Wymondham, the phase consists of 60 units along with associated Adoptable Roads, Sewers and Footpath Construction.
