New Contracts Secured - Posted 17 August 2009


We are delighted to announce we have successfully secured a collection of contracts in Norfolk & Suffolk. These contracts along with others in the pipeline will provide us with a buoyant workload now through into the New Year. We have successfully avoided redundancies since the beginning of the downturn & it is our full intention to uphold this status as we value our employees & are looking forwards to a busy period.

New Contract 1

Complete Demolition / site clearance of former disused Garage Blocks with complete groundwork's package, creating 7 new dwellings. All materials generated by the demolition shall be recycled on site under our mobile crushing permit & reused in the measured works. The development is in Barclay Road, Norwich & is for a valued existing Client.


New Contract 2

Complete Groundwork's, adoptable footpath construction & Carriageway completion works, creating 71 new dwellings. Due to issues left by others a groundwork remediation exercise is required to make this piece of land suitable for use, prior to construction works commencing. The development is located in Watton & again is for a valued existing Client.


New Contract 3

Adoptable Sewer & Carriageway construction, along with complete groundwork's package, creating 10 new dwellings, located in West Row, just west of Mildenhall & again is for a valued existing Client.


New Contract 4

Complete Groundwork's, adoptable footpath construction & upgrade works inc Carriageway realignment works, creating 34 new dwellings. The development is located in Catton, Norwich & again is for a valued existing Client.


New Contract 5

Repair works, extensions & complete resurface dressings to the Golf Course path / buggy system to De-Veres - Dunston Hall, Norwich
