New Contracts - Posted 01 August 2011

We are pleased to confirm that we have recently been awarded the following contracts from our existing and valued Clients

Lovell Partnerships Swyen Close, Thetford

A Social Housing development here for Lovell Partnership, which sees the complete redevelopment / clearance of this site, to produce a total of 66 units along with a new adoptable carriageway and drainage system. A section of this land contained a collection of buried rubbish which was processed and cleaned using our Warrior 1400 screen on site to reduce cost and limit material transferred to landfill.

Lovell Partnerships, St Margaret's Road, Lowestoft

A trip back to our home town of Lowestoft here working again for Lovell in the redevelopment of this former Water Works Station off St Margaret's Road into 29 Social houses complete with New Adoptable access road. A bulk earthworks exercise to remove the existing / backfilled lagoon to enable the new build to be commenced was required. An old backfilled Bomb Shelter was also found within the site during our initial works.
