This exciting development involved complete demolition of existing structure and redevelopment of a 50 flat nursing home for Broadland Housing Association. The impressive building includes its own areas / rooms specific for Internet, Hairdressing, Cafe, Shop and Laundrette.

Our works included complete construction to DPC level, including all drainage / services, external pathways, internal courtyard, raised planters, cycle and bin stores, carparking and various adoptable carriageway / footpath upgrade works.

The end product really is a credit to Lovell Partnerships and their team, of which we were pleased to be a part of.
