We were awarded the demolition and site clearance works to this regeneration housing scheme within the City. Our demolition contract consisted of demolishing various garages, screen walls, removal of hardstand carparks and access roads. Material suitable for recycling was then crushed on site certified as Type 1 and reused within the measured works which was completed by our Groundwork's department.
