Working for the developer, this contract involved the demolition of all buildings, associated substructures and underground fuel tanks. A fully intrusive asbestos survey was completed prior to commencement onsite and all materials generated were recycled or disposed of via an appropriately licensed waste contractor. In addition to the actual demolition of the site we have also carried out enabling works for the Environment Agency to assist with their soil investigation.

The garage was originally constructed during the early eighties. The site is now a Housing development constructed by Wellington Construction Limited
