Cavendish Place was the first of two phases of an overall, new housing development of 286 Dwellings, inc adoptable Roads & Sewers.
The development required a 6 Meter deep pumping station & main, which travelled across & adjacent to the North Walsham Road (B1150) with a connection in the centre of a busy junction, resulting in careful consideration to existing service mains & road users including road closures controlled in house by our NRSWA Supervisors & operatives.
