Lodge Farm Old Catton was an existing Poultary Farm, which was demolished by our selves more info in Demolition link, the development added a further 179 Dwellings to the area inc Roads & Sewers
The development included an off site Storm Water Main through the adjoining Ministry of Defence Land working above below and alongside existing services & the construction of roundabout at site entrance all controlled in house by our NRSWA Supervisors & operatives.
