We were instructed to demolish the site including associated buildings. The structures were brick with wooden frames and had asbestos sheets requiring careful removal and transporting to a licensed tip. Prior to demolition works the buildings required clearing internally of all wood etc that was then transported back to Morley Hall to be recycled and reused. We have retained a collection of machinery, which still had the original quotes, invoices and instruction booklets dating from 1910 - 1955.

The Old Warnes Workshops were cleared to make way for a New Housing development by Wellington Construction Limited, due to commence in 2006.
