Cannons Walk was a development by Lovell Partnerships for Peddars Way Housing, total of 29 Dwellings, inc adoptable Roads & Sewers.
The development saw a change from traditional housing as the "Pods" were prefabricated off site & placed on the brickwork below dpc with out the need of Concrete oversites, as a result the contract ran smoothly & swiftly as the houses required little or no works internally.
