Ashfield Road, Norton was a development by Lovell Partnerships for Flagship Housing, with a total of 14 dwellings, including adoptable sewers accompanied by 120-meter Foul Water off site main works and carriageway construction.

Carriageway construction consisted of a permeable nature block paving to allow surface water to be dispersed directly into the below ground storm water control system. Due to the ground nature the development a complex French Drainage system was required using the impressive Hydraway to remove water from soils and relieve the hydrostatic pressure against subsurface structures.

The Houses were timber frame construction and placed directly onto brickwork below DPC without the need for concrete oversites.
