Lefroy Road and Bowers Avenue was a development by Lovell Partnership for Flagship Housing Association, with a total of 27 dwellings, including complete demolition / site clearance, adoptable sewers and carriageway construction.
This development saw further regeneration of valuable land within the City involving demolishing of existing garages and associated hard standings. All recyclable materials were crushed on site using our Mobile Crushing permit and reused within the measured works.
