The existing site comprised of a closed down Bowling alley / Gymnasium & various out buildings inc concrete / asphalt hardstand areas.

The main buildings were steel framed which were carefully dismantled & removed from site, upon removal of existing structures foundations & ALL underground obstructions were removed inc remaining hard standings which were pinned & crushed, leaving a stockpile of Type 1 crushed concrete for adoptable works & crushed asphalt suitable for drives & carpark sub base within the new build, for which we were also nominated the successful contractor.
