The existing site comprised of ex Ministry of defence H Blocks (used during World War 2 & last used as student accommodation) & underground tunnels with various out buildings inc concrete / asphalt hardstand areas.

A total of 5 H blocks were stripped with non recyclable materials removed from site, all remaining materials were crushed on site inc removal & backfilling of all underground tunnels, foundations & drainage. The materials were then credited & reused on site within our measured works for the new build.
